Here's a step-by-step guide to help you unlock and use your pump effectively:

- Hold your product firmly to prevent it from spinning as you try to unlock the pump.
- Locate the small white plastic circle right below the pump's neck and hold it tightly.
- Using your other hand, turn the pump counter clockwise to unlock it. Note that you do not need to push down while you twist, as our pumps do not 'pop up' once unlocked.
- To prime the pump, press down a few times until the product dispenses.
For our Body Serums:
To unlock the pump:
- Hold the bottle firmly so it doesn’t spin.
- While holding the neck of the pump, twist the spout to the left to unlock and to the right to lock.
- There’s no need to push down while twisting — the spout won’t pop up once unlocked.
To dispense:
- Remove the pump and gently move it up and down to help loosen the product along the sides.
- Reinsert the pump and press it down a few times to prime until the product dispenses.
